Nominations for the Fraser Coast Women's U/15 Representative Team are now open.
Hockey QLD U/15 Women's State Championships
Date: 17th - 20th Sept
Venue: Ipswich
Players nominating are required to complete and submit a nomination form. Forms can be emailed to the HBHA via [email protected] or submitted in person at the canteen. A $50 nomination fee is required when nominating and can be paid at the canteen or EFT IAW bank details on the nomination form. See below to download nomination form:
We are seeking to nominate 2 x U/15 women's teams and would appreciate early advice of intention to nominate to allow for extra accommodation to be secured.
